Office Manager

I have been with this office since 1998 and I thank my lucky stars for guiding me to Dr. Schwartzman's practice. It's my job to assist him in making sure our office runs smoothly and patients have a wonderful experience from the start to finish! I love every aspect of my job, but if I had to pick one it would be the hard-working and caring people I have the pleasure of being around every day. Everyone in the office knows I love babies, cats, cross stitch, and sports, especially my favorite football team, the Pittsburgh Steelers!

I began my career in the dental field by working with Dr. Grbach and was happy to continue with Dr. Schwartzman after he took over the office in 1995. It was a great decision on my part, because the time I've spent with our team and our patients has been the best. Each person I work with has had a personal impact on my life, from throwing me wedding and baby showers to just being there for a laugh. The best part, of course, has been the relationships I've made with our patients. I truly consider them to be my friends!

My smile is one of the first our patients see when they come into the office: giving them a warm welcome and making their appointment as comfortable as possible is always my goal. I love everything about my job, especially knowing that I get to make a positive difference in our patients' lives through helping them achieve a beautiful, healthy smile. I am an active volunteer at my church and am involved in my child's high school activities.

My dental career began in 1982 and I was happy to join Drs. Schwartzman, Healy and Offit in 2013. I work directly with patients making sure their experience is as enjoyable as possible. I love to help our patients maximize their insurance benefits by interfacing with their insurance companies. Being the newest employee, I have been made to feel like part of the team and very welcome. I love to read and be with my family and two dogs.

I am responsible for making sure the hygiene department runs efficiently. It makes me happy when our patients are grateful after we go the extra mile to help them have a good dental experience. I also love the fact that when I come to work in the morning, I work in a safe, clean, and comfortable environment, and I have our doctors and the rest of our team to thank for that! When I'm at home, I enjoy taking nature walks with my husband and son, as well as attending my husband's soccer games. I love to travel, especially when I can relax in the sun, snorkel, and kayak. Doing Zumba in my spare time keeps me in shape, too!

The opportunity to help our doctors and patients every day as part of a compassionate, caring, and loving team is truly my most favorite part of my job. I enjoy meeting and getting to know all of our patients, though what I find most satisfying is helping patients who might be a bit anxious feel comfortable and relaxed. I feel very blessed to be a member of a team that provides the highest quality of service on a daily basis to all of its patients. In my free time, I love spending time with my family; I have two wonderful kids and two adorable cats. I also enjoy shopping, dining out, cooking, and watching movies.

I love being a part of our office's family! Going to work every day is a pleasure, filled with fun and laughter. Our patients are great too; seeing people improve their dental health because of what they learned from us is very gratifying. Outside the office, I have very strong ties to my family. I love spending time playing golf with my husband and couponing with my daughter, as well as cuddling with all my rescue-animal pets.

Although I have known Dr. Schwartzman for more than 20 years as great family friend, I only recently started working at his office. I help the dental team in a wide range of areas, mostly in the clinic where I fabricate trays, crowns, bridges, and casts. I love all aspects of working here, but nothing more than making patients feel comfortable and seeing their smile at the end of their procedure. Outside the office, I have four wonderful children and love to spend time with them. Skiing and playing tennis are popular activities in our family, along with hiking with our energetic German Shepherd.
